NPC Clement (I don't know if I got it right) who's selling pots and scrolls in respawn area should sell Junon Map/Scrolls, He sells Eldeon Scrolls, which is not applicable in this map (Forbidden Holy Ground) because it belongs to Junon World.

Whats the use of this Section (In-Game and Client Bugs) if you wont post any observation in-game. This one wasnt fixed since ths map was released, I think 6years or earlier. Then you say they are aware of this. hehehe

Well those things you have reported aren't bugs. They might be mistakes made by the staff but if you knew how to speak and read proper English, you'd see this section is to report BUGS.
