I really do not understand why people are still asking this. It is like every 10 days somebody makes a new topic about this.

most of them are new in our server, they also dont know if someone already asked this.

They should receive a pop up every new account they make doesn't seem they really need to make a post about it. Even tho they are new, a screen shot tells you to set up your pin and automatically access you.
