Other staffs will do it, you only see them rarely active.

We will get new GMs.


I might be doing some of the tickets, but the non-urgent ones will have to wait right now.

There is a new GM doing tickets. It might take a few days until he finishes all of those that were posted in the past weeks.

new GM? he/she must be permanent?

I think GM Asya is the one who is in-charge on ticket system. I made a ticket earlier, and when i checked it. I have a reply from him/her.

how about [GM]Hound? he's older staff of iroseph 2010 right? i guess

Hound is an honorary GM, he is not really active anymore.
