yo mr. GM,
Im asking why i lost my donates when this new client came out? my username is ghievhocz2361 and my character is relinQuish. I was wondering why i lost them all? my account has been wiped out. i was a donator of iRose since I was a High school student. Im already a 4th year college student. and i was shocked when i logged in my account and i lost all my donates. I was also shocked of the pincode system it was new to me since i havent used my accounts for years. please spare some time in looking on my account and helping me find the answers to my questions. thanks.

No items were removed, you probably shared your account info and someone stole your items.
Make a ticket here and we will try to recover your points. It can take a few days as we have a lot of tickets to process.
