Is the quest "Resurrection" Bug or...

I'm taking up the quest about Resurrection.
Im going to El Verloon
I'm looking around the Pyramid when Goddess Arua talks me
-"Sprinkle a little bit of the secret of potion."
-"I've got to find someplace when I can use the rest of the potion."
-"All of the Resurrection Medicine has been sprinkled. The Earth's surface begans to tremble...."
After that, The candle ghost appears here... I'm killing this candle ghost.
No materials?
I go back to talk NPC Harin in Junon.
I'm taking the quest again I'm going to El Verloon.
Im doing it same time
I killed it again but still no material. :/
I tried to repeat the quest 7 times its still not working.
I read the quest for tips from other ROSE On Line.

I see. It should spawn a stone golem, not a candle ghost. Will check it out.
