A friend of mine with this problem to access the game, this image appears he can not login.

all he need to do is go to iRosePH folder run ROSEOnline wait for the patch then click PLAY NOW problem solve

Rightclick RoseOnline.exe > Run as Administrator

It runs as administrator was reinstalled 5 times and updated when he logs it appears.
He plays for a long time happened after the ultimate patch.

well I've done this all you said everything right there, most still do not want to update the patch ta giving the same error, already downloaded the installer twice ... like 20 times already reinstalled deleted this folder trose.exe several times also more so far not solved ... and ta running with administrator installer and launcher, more not handle more ... Can you tell me the version in the bottom right of your login screen?

Are you using an Administrator windows account?

What windows version are you using?

Did you install in Program Files or not?

If you look at http://www.irosephonline.com/download/, do you see two green checks for Patch Server 1 and 2?

the on-screen version is 2.11.3
and I'm running the installer in administrator yes.
I was installing files and programs and was not working, I'm now installing disk ce is giving the same problem.
it in this site and the two green patches yes.

With 2.11.3 you should not be getting the 'Game update is required' error... hmm!

Is it 2.11.3.173?

That's the launcher news. Click Play Now and check the bottom right of the game window.

I reopened the server to 2.11.0, you might have some bugs so I can't guarantee that it will work.
