Help me guys, what is the best build for Raider: Stunner type?

What are the stat builds?

What P2P are recommended to use?

What gem should i use??

Aqua, with dex/dr set and some citrine 9.

Do people still use stun-type raiders?
Im not sure if its still vailable / strong

It is, if you make it a stunner which can switch to full ap after the stun.

rather than use full aqua9 with dr and dex so you will avoid ap but still kill them

Dont forget to get some Dodge rate! Raiders have a low % stunning chance so you make sure you can survive when your first 3-4 stuns fail

I suggest you put 300 str, 300 dex and mix up the rest between int / sen / con. INT > sen > con, because INT is more important then CON in my opinion.

For items, im not really sure. Maybe someone else has some ideas here? And I dont know for gems either, a mixture between aqua's and citrine's for INT and dodge rate?
