It's been a while since I last accessed my account, I have 5 donated items, I have 100 credit points and the other items are gone. I recall having those credit point before, Is there a way to get my Items back?

I think you should file a ticket with all your account information and the problems etc. I am sure the Staff can help you with this issue.
