can anyone give me a link for a topic about what items to pick to get my cleric's int maxed to 1370?

Here's a sample set...but there's a wide range of selection on IM that you can choose from depending on the build that you wanted.
For Gems, you can have either Blue Diamond or Topaz.

noob question here... is it possible to attach Gem 9 to all euipments?

NO!! Gem 9 or Gem 10 can only be inserted to the Weapon, Shield and Accessories.

gem7 only in your armor set, back item and mask.

Since you're a full support cleric, you might go full DR in the future, and that is when your DEX comes in handy

Roughly around 2.3k - 2.5k defence, wich is plenty. Ofcourse, you could allways put some str too to boost your HP abit but I think dex is more usefull for a support cleric.
Movementspeed is usefull when going to support your allies
