Christmas Snowboard Quest Bug

Scenario: I had this BLANK SNOWBOARD that i've obtained from Sergei in Luna with the SNOWBOARD COUPON i got on Santa Planetoid. The said NPC told me to take it to Cassirin in Junon fields to get it painted.
I got to Junon Fields and talked to Cassirin ..
Expected Result:
There should be an option to get the blank snowboard painted and to finish the quest.
Actual Result:
Option to get the snowboard painted was missing.
With this, quest cannot be completed.

This is an old quest and no longer active since more then 3 years it neither shall return.
If you still want to get the snowboards (SHIELD) you can now talk to Felice Fete in the Magic City of The Eucar and teleport your self to Lunar Skii Lodge to start some quests.
I will make a request to instantly delete these quest items.
