Try using a Eucar Return Scroll

thanks,but what i mean is i am in the lodge and i wish to enter the place where i can win alpine points from doing races,so i speak to the npc and it dosent transport me,i did same with my other acc and it worked,prob with my char maybe plz fix this

Q. Why can't I enter the Skii Resort.
A. You might have other PAT items in your inventory besides a snowboard, incase you have other PAT items in your inventory place them in storage.

Q. How to go to Santa Planetoid.
A. To visit Santa Planetoid you should have completed the new quest which can be obtained by talking to Felice Fete in the Magic City of the Eucar.

Q. I have lots of Stolen Santa Suits, Children's Presents, Snow Crystals, Elifedora but I can no longer use them.
A. Since the Santa Planetoid was open 24/7 due two misplaced NPC/s the old refines have been removed and new refines have been placed.

Q. Why can't I see Santa his shop in Santa Planetoid.
A. You should have completed the full quest which can be obtained by speaking to Felice Fete in the Magic City of the Eucar, you also should obtain 80 Stolen Santa Suits before Santa will open his shop.

Q. From where can I get the Snowmobiles.
A. The snowmobiles where not yet added for public use, in the next patch (part 2) of the Christmas patch they will be available.

Q. What can I do with snowboard coupons.
A. Snowboard coupons where used to make snowboard shields which have been moved to the Skii Lodge, they have no use anymore and shall be deleted.

Q. From where can you obtian Reindeer mounts.
A. Reindeer mounts can be obtained by starting the quest from Felice Fete in the Magic City of the Eucar and shall be rewarded in the second part of the quest when you will have to search for the lost reindeers.

Santa Planetoid New Years headpiece is currently bugged.

another bug for you guys...when i abandon a quest (christimas quest) i got a dc...

and i cant buy the snowfall itens...and i have the coins for that...

Well, what do I have to say about this; junon looks awesome with the snow, new Premium items,, great events at Luna, AP raider nerfed a bit, CW adjusted and many bugfixes. In 1 word ; PERFECT. Thanks to all our staff members which have spent very much time on this great patch and I hope you guys keep it up like this, this is my best x-mas gift this year !
