Go to your Rose Folder, then 3DDATA/CONTROL/XML
Find the file ItemMallData.xml, and delete it.

Still can't log in my characters on junon. always got fatal error.

Is the Lost Bag (Treasure) a quest? If not, how do I obtain it?

Treasure is an event in which an object is hidden on a map.
Once in a while an announcement will be given with a hint in which map the Treasure is located.
After the map has been named players have to seek for it and the person who found it and opened the Treasure will be given a reward box.
The object is mostly being called Treasure but for other seasons we also have Magical Pumpkin (Halloween) and Lost Bag (Christmas).
Currently the Treasure / Lost Bag event is not active anymore since Christmas season has come to it's end.

Added Guitar Bag, rewards a random guitar.
Added Rose Bouquet Bag, rewards a random Rose Boquet.
Added Event Shield Box, rewards an Event Shield for 14 days.
Added Buff Scroll (solo) Bag, rewards a few solo Buff Scrolls.
Added Advanced Buff Scroll (solo) Bag, rewards a few solo Advanced Buff Scrolls.
