Can't make a Clan ... Please help

Why can't I make a clan? I have all the necessary equirements ... when I try making a clan there are only 2 buttons to click after picking the name and emblem ... the other button is exit but the other button doesn't do anything at all ... Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

You should enter a box above the clan slogan, the clan slogan is marked as first if you talk to the clan maker.
Currently the clan making interface isn't really that great, should be replaced.

Can you please make an example here ... about the box that you mentioned ... sorry im kinda new here ... just started 3 days ago ... i just want to farm some refines in the clan field
