Use the imgur website..idk how to directly upload the image but i've seen people do it. Links from imgur works as well

Forums limit you to as I believe 500mb pictures, after that you will have to trow some away.
Mostly I suggest people to upload their pictures to imgur as wel and post the link in the picture button of your forum tool bar.

Just don't post a foul pictures like Faces of your enemies its bannable
