REFINING BUG

Im really getting crazy of this. I tried to upgrade my wings. It freezes. after that i tried to upgrade at another pc. It worked but FAILED to +8. after that, i tried to make it +9 again. but ofcourse it FAILED again and now it's +7. now the WORST. it doesnt seems like the refining system to +10 or higher is only bugged, my COMPLETE REFINING SYSTEM is BUGGED so now i can't upgrade anything so my wing keeps +7 until this is fixed.
