I saw a lot newbie at Zant beg for Junon scroll.

This is tips for who always beg for Junon scroll.

Go talk to NPC [Mysterious Girl] Kitty, n choose number 2. I would like to visit Sky Dragon Isle please!

Then go to Field Warp n choose number 2. City of Junon Polis.

Or they could also ride the boat at Adventure's plain.

Its longer for them haha but nice suggestions papaix .
And they need to be lvl 30+ as well

Nope, one doesn't have to be level 30+ to ride the boat from Adventurer's Plain.
It's the usual route I take when leveling a new character - go Junon using then boat then buy TP scrolls in Junon.
