please help me i cant play iroseph becuase it always makes me disconnected because of a error that always saying that roseOnline terminated due to the fatal error please help me to fix this problem i already file a ticket but how can i know that they reply or response to my ticket please help me how can i fix it TT_TT..... huhuhuhu

just try uninstall then re install the game client thats work for me

Reinstall the game client, the error might come from a corrupted or missing file. If it still doesn't work, try redownloading the installer because if reinstalling still doesn't solve it, there is a chance that your installer isn't fully downloaded (like what happened to mine, no avatar files), or it might have gotten corrupted while downloading.
