account has been block for a period of time, why? i cannot log-in? ban for 1 hour ? because of what? my 2 accounts cant access the game.

Enter your pin and give yourself acces, This problem has been many times showed on forums , next time just search for old topic with the answer. IF you dont remember your pin file a ticket
