Help I Can't Login

GM,
I cant log in my account it says that my account is already log in or exist in the server please help me how can i log in my account again. i already stop the game in the task manager and then i restart my computer it but it does work... please help me ... or you just are having a server maintenance???

the server is down ^^ I also can't log in all my accounts.
