I will suggest that make the AOE fire tornado as before(100% burning success rate) so that at least shaman is at least good at farming

The shaman job will still get frequent adjustsments untill it's balanced.

I guess they made the third job for muse more like a support type during wars.. and not for pvps and damage type.
