Is there any other way to reset the stats aside from the NPC in Oro?

Cleric Judge in xita was changed since the max int was back then 1023, else your stats would get bugged.
You can change only reset your stats for cleric there, once you reached level 230.

I believe the chat still has to be adjusted since it says level 200.
