In our internet shop we're also experiencing same problems since yesterday.... We can login but after a few minutes it lag then DC... Please help

We are experiencing problems with the game since yesterday. We can login but after awhile it will lag then DC. Other online games in our shop are OK. PLDT Internet connection is stable at 5.5mbps.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same thing to me guys.. Always experiencing DC maybe the problem is the game or the internet connection(somehow).

i think there`s a server problem right now because for the last few days i`ve experienced delays and lags i have 3.5mbps netspeed but i dont experience DC problems and the maintenance thingy and i this might be the sign for the new patch :3

What are your ISPs? This is my observation regarding this matter! My internet connection at home is smart bro canopy.. and the game goes smoothly as before.. no problem at all.. my internet connection at the office is pldt dsl.. when i play at the office using the pldt dsl i experience this problem, always disconnected.. and its getting on my nerve.. cant join the CW or even 15 vs 15 due to this matter.. i think its not on the server or on your computer.. its on you ISP.. maybe try to contact ISPs and ask them about your problem and share the solution to everyone so everybody will be happy!

We are using PLDT MyDSL with 5.5mbps speed in our shop and always DC.... But in the office I'm using SmartBro Canopy and no problem also... I already contacted PLDT and inquire about it they said that maybe our shop's IP has conflict with iROSEPH Server... Everything is fine two weeks ago but since last week we can't really play... We can login for a few minutes then it will lag after that server disconnect....

your ISP is the culprit, there are current migration and maintenance of pldt. my wife's pldt is disconnected for weeks because of this migration.
learn to isolate your problem and don't point finger yet.
1. first of all, change or try other our ISP first, try using globe, smart or other 3g connection.
2. change your pc
3. direct pc to modem to check your networking.

I already did the first and the third suggestion of boss zeedong, but the second? OMG thats too expensive for me
I think the migration and maintenance of the pldt is the answer.. coz almost all the complainant used PLDT as their ISPs. Hopefully they can fix things in no time!! my smartbro camopy works just fine!! but my pldt dsl at the office with 2 mbps bandwith sucks and always get the game dcd!!
