I read some trends regarding the craftable drill but I'm still confused on some matters.

1. Is it TRUE that ONLY regular armor ( BODY ONLY), wings, and masks that this craftable drill can drill? Because I saw someone able to drill elemental set (non-p2p) with gem7.
2. Are CRAFTED ARMOR/s considered to be regular armors? Because there are craftable armors that are dropped by certain mobs..

There was a bug in the elemental regarding the slots in the boots / gloves / hat.
They will be fixed next patch then those items will be normal elemental again.

Where can we hunt those material to create the drill?

And im talking about the basic drill 60%

Those drills can be made from materials you have to farm from the new farming system.

Ohh and which dealer skill is it in to craft? Didnt use my crafter for awhile

It's a new 200 skill called Alchemist.

How about my second question GM? Do all body armors can be drill or there are exceptions? please name these exceptions. PLEASE
