So you're problem is quite something. First , I advice you to follow up first your e-mail. The admins have nothing to do with your email because they dont have any infos about your personal email.
Or perhaps, this is an account of your friend that you want somehow to manage on your own. Just a probability though

yeah make a ticket then GM will give you resolvation with your problem
