Can't Complete Patch The Patch File

...i download mirror 1 and 3 in the website but when i extract and its complete, when i click "play now" its "failed to download a patch file"......

try patching again and again. When my wife's client stuck on same patch. What i did is open the program file folder then run the roupdate.exe then trose.exe and got some error. Then the patching resume again.
