Cant Learn The Castle Gear Skill

hi today i try to learn the CG skill from mildun
i try 100 time and no i this is not give me the Quest i did the Cart Quest and the Mount Quest and after it i try to do it again and no its steal not working
i read on the forum of i need to get 5 Black Hearts i bought it and try and not working also i try to click here thing in mildun and its steal not working
i try to join Ferrell Guild and not working too maybe someone can help me and if its bug please GM's Fix it fast
