hi after a couple of months no playing i logged in
but i had problem when i connected to server
error says "you cannot access from this location"
so i tried to go manage account but i forgot my pin
i tried to remember it and try but then i got blocked for 1hour
how can i recover my pin??

just file a ticket about your concern

the pin recovery on the official website was taken off by spammers you need to file a ticket providing that you need to reset your pin you need your mothers name and email address

but how can we resolve this "you cannot access from this location" . I experienced that error too.
