hello for the admins...

i just read my ticket...
for my account who have been hack...
its been 1 year whoow...

the ticket says...
already found the problem and willing to give me back 2,700 points for my donate items that have been gone

but my problem the day of reclaiming it have been done xpired...

now my big question is...
can i hve and reclaim it again?...
the admin says they have found the problem of my account...

and my other problem is...
i lost my donation receipt T_T

I think you can only reclaim or report hacks within 30 days period and it might be gone.
