Hi, please help. last time I talk to an NPC that lets Clerics reset stats/skills exclusively? but those lvl 200+. I forgot the name of that NPC, can someone tell me whos is that and where is that NPC located if u know. Thanks in advance. (PS: its not in Zant, i forgot, i think its not in town)
