Graphical Bug Problem

So as the tittle say I've been experiencing some graphical bug I don't know if it's in game problem or from my video card even though I got inno 3D gtx 640

I don't think so coz when I teleport to somewhere else specially in zant it showing me the same thing, but not always

it happen before or after patch? but i still think this something to do with ur pc.

That causes the glitch issues.
Seems like it has to do with some windows drivers that need to be fixed/updated.

I have fixed/updated my windows drivers, but sometimes it showing me the same problem in game
