try this.

str 400
con 200
int 200
sen 200

ap or hr set tourq7 or ulti7 gem
str40/ap80 acce quartz9 or tanza gem
in weapon tanza or quartz9

you can try that.

War type - max str, and divide the other stat by con and sen
Stunner - 350 str, 200 int, 250 con, other stat points sen

ulti9 is a good idea cause int can give you mana at the same time your magic def will increase, and your stun rate will increase too sen will give you a skill damage increase and a bit of HR

For me Ultimyx is a Universal GEM.

it fits to all jobs.
