should i take the chance ? is this success rate normal?

I guess u didn't upgrade(fail) a lot yet.
actually, the main cost of +10~+15 are the fails.
38% with Tr for weapon +12 is just normal. When it comes to +15, it will be 10% around even with Ft.

is it ok to upgrade to +10 ONLY and put poison runes on my set? I have only manage to +12 my wings shield and weapon with poison as rune.
