Just to clarify things up, some of the new cart frames require otherworldly stone and I'm wondering if the said material is already available in the server. I don't think otherworldly stone is the same as otherworldly metal since the former has its own page in the iRoseph website. And the name otherworldly metal can mean two things: as a collective name for all the otherworldly metals or the color purple metal of the same name.

I got confused as well and by the way those frames are old not new

I think it's this bacause its a stone and its blue xD

Correct, they are old PAT items like announced on the patch info tread.
When I did a quick search run on the droplist I neither found this item to be dropped, my bad I will change required item to another one for the next patch.
