You can join it from the Game Arena by making a group (not party). You don't have to go to the Cave of Ulverick in DOD.

Hello everyone!

Over the years hundreds of thousands of characters have been created, and many great names have been lost on low level inactive characters.
Starting from next weekend it will become possible to reclaim those inactive character names with the Name Change Coupon.

Name Protection
We will use a similar system to LoL, using a protection timer that increases with your character level.

Each character will start with 5 months of protection upon creation and get an extra month of protection for every 5 levels

Examples:
Level 1 : 5 months
Level 10 : 7 months
Level 70 : 19 months
Level 130 : 31 months
Level 255 : 56 months
Level 275 : 60 months

If your name expires it will still stay on your character until an other player claims it.
If your name is reclaimed by an other player you will be assigned a temporary name and given a free name change when you log in.
Your character will not be deleted and no items will be lost.
New characters can not claim inactive names.

If you want to make sure that your character names are not lost, log in your characters to reset the protection!

Are you sure you don't have a firewall blocking the program? Do you get the error immediately or after patching a number of files?

"Failed to download a patch file" only happens when your internet connection is down.

We have three patch servers and all of them are up to date. You can check your connection to the patch servers on http://www.irosephonline.com/download/ (img)

Open it, put 192.99.150.29 in the Host box and click Start. If it works make a screenshot and send it to me.
Sometimes one of the tools will not work, so try both of them.

If it still doesn't work we can try teamviewer.

Are those errors happening when you do one particular thing in the game? If you give some more info it will be easier to solve it.

Errors are being fixed every day now based on the crash reports. Give it a few days and it will run without problems again.

It's a difficult one to fix because in every test setup the items disappear as usual. I don't know yet why it happens on the main server only.

Item Mall Points are what you receive from donating. These can be bought or sold to other players.
Item Mall Credits are obtained through the booster event or by disassembling Item Mall items. A 300 DP item will return 150 Credits when you disassemble it. Credits can only be used to purchase Equipment, Weapon, Shield, Jewelry and PAT.
It should be possible to purchase that wand if you have 300 credits.

If you vote you will receive 25 Premium Points. You can use your Premium Points to purchase items in the Premium Store in Junon Polis.
You have to be logged in when you vote to receive the points.
