as far as i know . PLDT user's have problem of this. because just like dota2. some of them are also having problems like this. because the singapore server cannot handle all the consumer

regarding the new set of int/hr on IM, i think this was wrong how to complete the set in order to get HP, but the armor is different. the needed was dealer armor but the hat gloves shoes. is for muse.how is this?
