I think GM Asya is the one who is in-charge on ticket system. I made a ticket earlier, and when i checked it. I have a reply from him/her.

Some members of our forum has the potential of being a staff, but we know its not that easy. Try to hire new active staff for ticket system. Like what you did a couple of years ago. Just a suggestion.

Kyros is the the one who's in-charge of all the tickets. I suggest, maybe if you can find 2 or 3 additional active staffs. Answering or responding to our tickets would be fast.

Tintin I think if you didn't update the game properly it will only say run roipdate or maintenance is happening. I think the link of the activation is broked and needs a new link.
