How does people maintain their level by not receiving exp while they farming? Is there any command or item to stop the exp?

I need to know how many parts of equipment & accessories can be socket with Gem[7], Gem[9] & Gem[10].
1. Cap/Hat/Helm, Suit/Armor, Glove, Boot/Shoes = Gem[7] or Gem[9] or Gem[10]?
2. Face Item = Gem[7] or Gem[9] or Gem[10]?
3. Wings/Backshield = Gem[7] or Gem[9] or Gem[10]?
4. Weapon & Shield = Gem[7] or Gem[9] or Gem[10]?
5. Accesories = Gem[7] or Gem[9] or Gem[10]?
And how about customes set, does the attributes on the customes applies when you wear it on custome sections?
