Its something related to your internet connection. Try the following: Change you DNS on your PC or Laptop to manual, then put it 208.67.222.222 or 8.8.8.8.

I've experienced it myself, also Tintin is aware and will adjust the game downloader.
The very first alternative is to download it using the mega downloader here. Have fun!

Did you guys tried to run trose.exe in iRose folder as administrator? Enter in its properties and mark this option. Try again after save settings.
Another solution you might try is to run it in compatibility mode, worth a try :)

At your first image, all you needed to do was check the option "all" in the second line of access options. About your pin, you can recover it by logging in using your account username and password on the main website. There, just click on pin recover and type your mother's name. A new pin will be sent to your registered email.

Another suggestion I would like to give you if you use Windows 10:

Windows includes compatibility setting that can make old applications functional. To access these, right-click an application’s shortcut or .exe file and select Properties. In Windows 10’s Start menu, right-click a shortcut, select “Open file location”, and then right-click the shortcut and select “Properties”. Click over the Compatibility tab. You can click the “Use the compatibility troubleshooter” button for a wizard interface or just adjust the options yourself.
For example, if an application doesn’t run properly on Windows 10 but did run properly on Windows XP. click the “Run this program in compatibility mode” for checkbox and select “Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

But I still think you must have something also blocking your connection to iRose servers, try to include iRose files trose.exe and roseonline.exe in Windows firewall as trusted files to access internet.

To solve your problem, please right-click on iRoseph icon and select "Run as administrator". Let us know if your problem is solved properly.
