you need another poison res rune to upgrade the level of the poison res according to the equipment grade.

Another option is that if you put another prestige in your item, it should gives the corresponding % according to the level of upgraded item. in this case, less cost and better upgrade system.

it's random, sometimes after killing a titan, it'll respawn after 20mins, but the average time is 40mins-1hr.

or try patch it in a windows 7 if unpatched, then use Trose to open the game instead of the irose launcher.
