These sets have bonus stats when completed as three part costume. As seen on my screenshot below, lowest stat bonus applies when a character is level 50.
But the problem is the minimum level requirement of these items is level 165.

The lvl 145 pirate suit texture is bugged. It makes you body disappear. Also the pirate sandals shows only black color.
