Try this guide to add more resolutions to your Surface Pro 4.

Your monitor has a default aspect ratio of 3:2, but all of the alternative resolutions on your computer are 16:9 or 16:10. That's why everything looks blurry.
If you add these extra resolutions you can use one that is 3:2 and it will not look blurry.

- Is this only when playing in full screen mode?
- Can you post a screenshot of how it looks?
- Can you try changing your DPI and see if that makes the game look better?
- What's your current DPI setting?

The engine error is not related to your reconnects.

Try resetting your router if you keep reconnecting. Unplug it for a few minutes or hold the reset button.

There was a rollback of 3 hours because of a database issue. Your levels and items will be restored if you make a ticket.

Are those errors happening when you do one particular thing in the game? If you give some more info it will be easier to solve it.

Errors are being fixed every day now based on the crash reports. Give it a few days and it will run without problems again.

The error "requested operation requires elevation error" can happen right after installation, but if you run RoseOnline.exe manually it should not give that error.

What problem do you have with patching?
