It's in Luna warp 6. You need a clan to get in because it is a clan field hence the name Lunar clan field. Once you get to the warp 6 I forgot the name and then talk to the shaman. Once you're in there you can start farming..I think disassembling tirwin wings gives you 5 tirwin feather.

It might be the specs but i'm not sure.. usually what happens is you can open the patch menu, the launcher etc but once the game is open it wont display anything and will immediately close which means either of this two plausible causes. 1. Like you said, the specs are not met. 2. The file you have is corrupted and may need to be redownloaded.
I'd say 1 is more plausible but it would be better waiting for more answers.

Also it might be your internet provider. Often times it's the connection that is at fault. However, if it persist to DC, as tintin said, somebody might be trying to access your account

If I have to rate your item I would say 5 out of 10. The items you gave are too basic and if that's all you have, you're in a bit of disadvantage compared to some raiders and other players who have different sets. Try to expand your p2p more.

Your level seems to be high enough for Sikuku Underground Prison, Prison scroll-then climb the stairs.Try that place and also get some buffs from clerics, most of them are in junon. Finding a party always helps as well.

You have to collect dragon scales and then craft it. They don't drop from worm dragons, the only wings it drops are the orange and purple ones.
