As the title says, i would like to seek for an advice for shaman GEMS, builds, stats and IM decent items for CW and for Farming also.
I currently have a dr set , and want to ask if this set can be useful?
If yes, What gems is best for it.
If no, What set you can suggest?

u can make use of ur dr set during war and farming 
put aqua on it and ull do fine . u can also add int/hr set with ulty, for accessories u can use those that has 50crit/100ap and put ulty for enhanced damage...

I would suggest you to make a pure damage Shaman, you need for this: 300 INT 300 STR and the rest to SEN.
For the gems take: ultimyax 7 and 9
But if you can afford you Tanza take it if not stay with the ulti
This kind of Shaman is good for wars and farming so in my opinion it's the best of both worlds.
For the item mall items you should take the Isis accessories and outfit it gives the most INT Damage and Defence from all the other items
