just downloaded the client and had an error while patching. after patching I click play now then this showed up

All I see is the terrible McAfee..

I reinstalled it then, this showed up after. patching the client now

You have to rightclick RoseOnline.exe and run as Administrator
You can set it to Run As Administrator permanently if you go rightclick -> properties
