For some unknown reason, this NPC isn't allowing some low lvl characters to travel to Kenji Beach.
It doens't show any error message, but after click on to travel to Kenji you are not teleported to the destination, just stay at the same place in Junon.

The NPC got updated.
It now checks if you have the first job and if you are above level 10.
