Can i replace the gem in my IM item?
For example: If let say i have a IM glove with peral(7), can i replace it with another gem(7)?

Yeah just walk to Kiroth and Dissamble the gem from your item

Yes you can, but you should dissasemble the pearl 7 1st before you put another gem into it
