There is a new GM doing tickets. It might take a few days until he finishes all of those that were posted in the past weeks.

I think GM Asya is the one who is in-charge on ticket system. I made a ticket earlier, and when i checked it. I have a reply from him/her.

Hound is an honorary GM, he is not really active anymore.
