GM's not responding on any Tickets

GM's not responding about unreasonable lifetime ban.. i said on my ticket that show some evidence that my account or character did such crime..i told them that look on the log because im the only person who knows my password ..after i disassemble my items i did not play 1 week or 2 weeks then im shock that my account is permanently block..i know all information of my account ..then why GM's block my account then dont respond on any ticket about blocked accounts.. i sent 2 tickets about 1 month ago then still no respond for them..i pay for my donates ,i can do whatever i want for all of my items, if thats the reason of my ban.. hope somebody help me and other who have this same problem..it say also on my account when i log in to the website is active..when i start log in to the game its permanent ban..help.. do we still have gm's cause i dont feel them around here!

I think there's no gm here it's been 3 weeks nobody is responding here. Gm kyros should be doing those things but he's off since 3 weeks idk why

I know you're aggravated of what happened to your account but creating multiple tickets for the same problem is not permitted, 1 ticket at a time must be created by the player.

It may take months to resolve since a lot of tickets are in queue.

I thought GM is still active here, i always check our ticket everyday but he still doesn't response reply our ticket maybe he is busy for this month. :(

iROSEPH staffs who need to be ACTIVE that they can still reply player's topics or ticket...

True, thought tintin said d00bie and himself are taking care of the ticket system while Kyros is away. Seen tintin on yesterday but no response :'(

Kyros is the the one who's in-charge of all the tickets. I suggest, maybe if you can find 2 or 3 additional active staffs. Answering or responding to our tickets would be fast.

It's hard to find new GMs really, it's not as fun as you might think it is. And you can't abuse your power.

Some members of our forum has the potential of being a staff, but we know its not that easy. Try to hire new active staff for ticket system. Like what you did a couple of years ago. Just a suggestion.

Perhaps being more carefull with your account/s could reduce the problems to 50%.
We receive sometimes tickets from people who actually have been hacked over and over, after a certain time we will just say and that's it.

Another ticket system operator wouldn't be a bad idea but likewise tintin said, the person has to be trust-able, and it some how has to be a person who actually likes to deal with other people their problems with out getting paid in any kind of service.

It is not a bad idea sir because they already succeeded before finding this trust-able person. :D :D :D
