can i ask what is the difference of + stats % [percent] than the stats of items 80 hit /int 70 .
is the PERCENT add more stats than 80 hit / 70 int for example only . something like that thanks

the % depend on ur base status
if u got high base status , with 3% u will get more than 80 hit / 70 int
