Please help me recover my account. username "greatzero1234" the last time i log it on dec. 2012. today when i try to log in it says "Account Permanent Block" dont know what happen to my account. but when i try to sign in on Iroseonline.ph it say's account activated. now im confuse what really happen? see this photos

Did you gave your account to your friends? Maybe they were the ones not you did. And go to ticket system not in public 
same here my account was banned because of friends accessing it. Hope you recover yours
